“Surya World”,“we or us” is the service provider of the sessions listed on the website https://suryaworld.co.uk/

“Customer or Client”, “you” and “your” means you, the buyer of any Services

“Therapist”,”Instructor” means the actual person perform the massage and yoga session reports to Surya World
-
“Session or sessions”means: ‘Any single or block (more than one) Yoga class and/or Massage therapy treatment’

Your purchase will be confirmed via email by Surya World

You must use your single session or block sessions within 2 months from the day purchased

You are responsible for contacting Surya World to book an appointment

We do not offer any refund on your purchased sessions. If you do need to reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice.

In the unlikely event, your plans change and cancellation made within 48 hours of your appointment, regrettably, we are unable to offer any refund or rescheduling the appointment.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any services

You promise not to provide false data including false names, addresses, and/or contact or payment details; or engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the purchase and use of the session, or allow anyone else to do so.

All your personal data is only be used by us and will remain strictly confidential.

You agree to inform the therapist/instructor of any injuries, health and medical condition prior to your session. You understand that there – shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should you forget to do so.

You understand that the services offered are not a substitute for medical care.

You will immediately inform the therapist/instructor when experiencing any pain or discomfort during the session.

You understand that the massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

You agree to sign a Client Waiver form on the day of massage/yoga session
